  Very comfortable beds. Nice setting for the hotel.

  The ceiling of the room (106) made crackling noises throughout the night which many times disturbed our sleep. A lot of people but it was March break so to be expected. Just couldn't get too much time in the pool area without being surrounded by young children.

  The room was a normal hotel size room. I would have preferred a larger room.

  The pool area was very small. The hottub water level was really low. Our room was quite noisy but I attibute this to the vacation time, March Break a lot of young children running the halls.

  Close to ski hills. Resturant in facilities. Has been renovated since last visit a few years ago.

  Did not find the thermostat for the heat located in the bathroom until the morning. Very hot in room and had to open the door to stop the heater

  The location and price was perfect for us..It was also very quiet.

  I didn't like the fact that we couldn't use the swimming pool nor the hot tub...someone had an accident and it closed early...my children were really upset as they were looking forward to it.

  Location is half way between skiing and town of Collingwood

  Staff are lazy and disinterested. Rooms are small. Requested wheelchair accessible but did not receive. Bathroom was tiny. Definitely not for wheelchair. Motel quality soaps etc. No in room movies. Wireless signal weak and slow. No coffee maker. Will NEVER stay there again due to front desk staff.

  great location very close to blue mounting, can't beat the price and the rooms are clean.

  Pool, hot tub and restaurant is out dated.

  Pretty good spot, good setup, easy parking and setup. Arcade took me back to the good old days.

  Breakfast was expensive for what it was. I thought it was complimentary but it wasn't and the fire alarm went off serveral times during our stay including the middle of the night which should had been compensated for. The alarms were all changed after that night however which was good to see although we spent only 1 night there. Would still reccomend because the front desk staff were legit.

  The hotel was affordable, free parking with stay...

  -No elevator on right side of hotel (stayed in Rm 226) had to use stairs to carry our bags. -Rm keys didn't work; had to attend front desk 3 times for new keys; lock on room door needed new batteries... Front desk wouldn't call a cab for our room. Toilet seat in bathroom needs to be replaced.

  Great location and good prices. The room was perfectly clean and has even more appliances that I would expect. Have nothing to complain about

  Alarm went off all evening, no one seemed to know why. Indoor pool area was very cold, it also looked worn out, rust on the drop ceiling framework. Overall 4 out of 10.

  great curb appeal....lovely lobby....

  There were 4 of us and we were given a room on the 2nd floor, which had no access to elevators. We had a lot of luggage to carry up a flight of stairs. It would have been nice if the front desk would have told us beforehand. The look of the hotel on the outside is very nice, but the rooms leave a lot to be desired. There is nothing fancy about these rooms whatsoever.

  Location, cleanliness, friendly staff. Sorry I cannot comment on other aspects as we really spent most of the time outside until very late.

  It sounds silly, but probably more tea and coffee in the room.
